Thank you for your interest in having your important event at SKY. Our function packages are designed to make the planning process as easy as possible. Our managers will assist you in every aspect of the planning.

Our chef has created menus offering a large range of options from which to choose. All of our food at SKY is prepared on the premises from scratch. If you have special dietary restrictions, allergies or requests, our chef will be happy to customize a menu for you.

Our professional event staff will ensure every detail of your event is executed flawlessly. Below are some informational guidelines. For more help please contact our Function Manager directly.

General Information

How do I secure my date?
To reserve a date, we require an advance deposit of $1000.00. The deposit is only refundable if we receive a written cancellation notice no less than (60) sixty days in advance of your function. Once we receive your deposit, we will issue a contract confirming the room, date and time of your function.

Can I place a tentative hold on the space?
We do not reserve a space in our system until we receive the initial deposit. Our space is only considered secure upon receipt of deposit.

Can I pay with a credit card?
SKY accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, certified checks and cash.

What is the payment plan following the initial deposit, and when is my guest count due?
Sixty days prior to your function an additional $1000.00 is due. Your minimum guest count is due 14 days in advance of your function and cannot be reduced, regardless of the number of guests that actually attend the function. Full payment is due at the conclusion of the function.

Are there any issues related to alcohol service of which I need to be aware of?
SKY will provide alcohol service for a maximum of 5 hours. We provide fully trained bartenders who will only serve alcohol in a responsible manner. We reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service at our discretion. We stop serving 30 minutes before your guests depart.

How Many people are seated at each table and when is my diagram required?
We recommend tables of ten. If you require a special seating arrangement, your seating diagram is due 10 days in advance of your function.

Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?
Generally, all room, set-up, cleaning and linen fees are included in the menu price. Additional charges may apply depending on the size and nature of your function. Any additional fees will be will be discussed when you book your room. All functions are charged a customary service charge of 18% and Mass. State meals tax of 5%.

Can I bring in my own decorations and cake?
All decorations must be approved by SKY in advance of your function date. Confetti, rice and other similar types of decorations are not permitted. If you prefer to bring in your own cake, it must be prepared by a licensed baker. A $2.00 per guest cake cutting fee will be charged.
